The guitar was Jeremy’s first instrument, played for a year when he was young, then abandoned until 2005. It was the guitar that allowed Jeremy to discover his passion for music. You can hear Jeremy play the guitar live in his performances and on his debut album Journeys. Jeremy also works with West African band, Groupe Sans Frontiere, playing African-style blues guitar, similar to the Grammy-winning collaboration between Ali Farka Toure and Ry Cooder, Talking Timbuktu. Together with his band, they have performed around the country of Mali, in Bamako, Mopti, and some small villages, as well as the city of Safi in Morocco.
